GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Q: What kind of guarantee and return policy do you have on your products?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return the purchase for refund, credit or exchange. The returned merchandise needs to be returned in unused condition in original packing for full credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may do this anytime up to thirty days after the receipt of the merchandise.

Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Orders are normally processed and shipped the same day received except weekends and holidays. For orders shipped to Pacific and Mountain States, please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery. For orders shipped to Central and Atlantic States, please allow 6 to 8 business days for delivery. International order may take anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks depending on location and shipping method. Please be patient waiting for your delivery â we have no control over your package once it has been received by the postal service.

Q: Are Saroyan cymbals double slotted?
A: All of Saroyan cymbals for dancers have double slots. Our âpercussion pairsâ cymbals have a single hole for attaching to drum kit accessories or for those looking for a more traditional elastic style.
Q: Which cymbals do you recommend for beginners?
A: For beginners we recommend Nefertiti, which has a medium mellow tone, Turkish Delight, which has a high pitch tone, or Arabesque Which has a medium-high pitch. Also, the Arabesque are slightly heavier than the Nefertiti.
Q: Do Saroyan cymbals lose their tone?
A: With normal use, Saroyan cymbals maintain their tone indefinitely. However, please do not leave them in your vehicle during extreme weather conditions. Heating, freezing and thawing can have a mild effect on the pitch of your zils.
Q: What is the difference between the solid brass cymbals and the German silver alloy cymbals?
A: The German silver alloy cymbals have a higher tone than its brass counterparts because of its nickel and zinc content. We also must mention that they wear out easier than the brass and have the tendency to change their tone especially, when they are hit or played hard. Please make a note of it.
Q: What are the Historic cymbals?
A: The historic finger cymbals were the first cymbals made by Saroyan Mastercrafts. The authenticity of their designs was researched, then brought to life.
Q: What is the difference between light gauge and heavy gauge cymbals?
A: Gauge is a measurement of the thickness of a material. Light gauge cymbals are recommended for students because they are lighter and easier to work with. Heavy gauge cymbals are better suited for advanced students, professional dancers, and musicians. Heavy gauge cymbals are higher pitched than light weight.
Q: Why are there different sizes and tones?
A: Over the years, we have continued to build our selection of pleasing tones and designs to meet the changing needs of the diverse bellydance and percussion communities.

Q: Do you make your customer lists available to anyone?
A: Absolutely not. Saroyan Mastercrafts believes in the privacy of our customers and their personal information. Under no circumstances will we ever give out or sell our mailing list or phone list to anyone.
Q: What is your liability for damaged goods or a lost package?
A: Liability for loss or damage due to use of the sellerâs product is limited to the sellerâs invoice price. Seller shall not be liable because of late or non-deliveries due to strikes, fire, inability to procure raw materials, labor difficulties, or other causes beyond the sellerâs control. Claims for goods damaged or lost in transit must be filed against the carrier.
