SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Below is our current estimated shipping and handling rates, related information, and all other policies.
International orders are based on the weight of your order which is usually handled by USPS Priority International Mail. There is a shipping calculator in the shopping cart to help you figure exactly how much shipping will cost once you enter your address.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Orders shipped in the Continental U.S. are by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Ground Service.
- Orders are normally processed and shipped the same day received except weekends and holidays.
- California residents will be charged appropriate State Sales Tax. Sales Tax does not apply when shipping merchandise outside of California.
- All overseas sales are final.
A note to our customers outside the US border; any item that crosses the US border into another country is subject to Customs and Duty fees as applicable by the rules of the receiving country. Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The Customs Duty Rate is a percentage. This percentage is determined by the total purchased value of the article(s) paid at a foreign country and not based on factors such as quality, size, or weight. Depending on the products you purchase, your country’s customs agency may determine you owe a duty or tax. Nearly every shipment that crosses an international border is subject to the assessment of duties and taxes. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently. At Saroyan Mastercrafts, we are not able to anticipate how your country will calculate the duty fee. Best practice is to visit your government’s website and review the rules applying to your country. If you refuse a package because of fees due and it is returned to us, we will refund the price of the item but not the postal fees as we will be charged the return postage.
Shipping times may vary from what is posted for your country and we are not able to influence this situation.

For claims for shortage or defective merchandise, please notify us as soon as possible. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be filed against the carrier.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return the purchase for refund, credit or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
